Modern slavery—slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking—is a heinous crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. Weberlogic Solution Ltd (« the Company ») is committed to acting with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to preventing modern slavery in both our own operations and our digital supply chain.
This policy applies to everyone working for or on behalf of the Company, including employees, directors, agency workers, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, sub‑contractors, volunteers and interns.
All staff and suppliers must report any suspicion of modern slavery at the earliest possible stage, via their manager or anonymously by e‑mail to [email protected]. We encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith.
The policy is explained during onboarding and refresher guidance is issued when needed.
Employees who breach this policy face disciplinary action up to dismissal. We may terminate contracts with suppliers or partners who violate this policy.
The Legal Department tracks:
(i) percentage of critical suppliers completing KYC/AML checks;
(ii) number of slavery concerns reported and resolved;
(iii) completion rate of annual training.
This statement is made under Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and will be reviewed annually.
Approved by the Board of Directors of Weberlogic Solution Ltd on 1 July 2025.
