• Support & communication data – messages to customer support, abuse or DMCA/DSA notices, internal moderation notes.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR) unless you include them in free‑text fields; please avoid sharing more than necessary.

3. Why We Process Your Data

We only process your information for clear purposes and under specific legal bases:

• Creating and managing your account, publishing Ads and providing customer support — this is necessary to perform the contract you enter into when you register (Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR).
• Age and identity verification, anti‑fraud and anti‑trafficking checks, compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and anti‑slavery laws — we are subject to legal obligations that require these checks and record‑keeping (Article 6 (1)(c)).
• Protecting the security and integrity of the Site, detecting repeat infringers and preventing misuse — we pursue a legitimate interest in keeping our service safe and trustworthy (Article 6 (1)(f)). We have balanced this interest against your rights and deemed it proportionate.
• Processing payments and maintaining mandatory accounting records — carried out both to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations (Articles 6 (1)(b) and 6 (1)(c)).
• Sending optional newsletters or running analytics and profiling cookies — we do so only with your prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Article 6 (1)(a)).
• Operating a notice‑and‑action mechanism under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) — this processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6 (1)(c)).

4. With Whom We Share Your Data

Your data are shared strictly on a need‑to‑know basis:

• Infrastructure & security – Cloudflare, Inc. (USA; safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures) and an EU‑based hosting provider (Germany).
• KYC provider – for identity verification within the EEA.
• Payment processors – card acquirer, crypto gateway or e‑wallet, some of which operate outside the EEA under SCCs.
• Law‑enforcement or courts – only when we are legally compelled.
• Other users and visitors – the information you choose to include in publicly visible Ads becomes accessible worldwide.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

5. International Transfers

When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and apply encryption, data‑minimisation and strict access controls.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Account credentials and Ads: while the account is active plus 24 months from the last login.
• KYC records: 30 days after verification (AML & 2257 compliance).
• Support tickets and abuse reports: 1  years after closure.
• Server and security logs: 12 months, unless needed for an investigation.
• Cookies: see Section 8. When a retention period ends, data are securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

7. Your Rights

You can exercise the following rights at no cost: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority. To submit a request, e‑mail [email protected] ; we may ask you to prove your identity first.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

11. Automated Decision‑Making

We use automated tools to flag suspicious media or text, to rank Ads and to detect duplicate or fraudulent accounts. Any decision with legal or similarly significant effects is reviewed by a human moderator.

12. Minors

The Site is strictly for adults (18+). If we learn that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Substantial changes will be announced by banner or e‑mail.
