Incomplete notices may delay review. The Company may request additional information where necessary to assess the notice.
Requests concerning personal data, image rights, stolen photos, impersonation or non-consensual publication must be sent to [email protected].
The Company may ask the requester to provide sufficient information to verify their identity or authority. This is done to protect users and prevent fraudulent or abusive takedown requests.
Where a request qualifies as a GDPR data subject request, the Company will respond without undue delay and within the time limits required by applicable data protection law.
After receiving a report or detecting suspicious content, the Company may take one or more of the following actions:
a) request additional information from the reporter or the advertiser;
b) temporarily hide, restrict or suspend the content while the review is pending;
c) remove specific photos, videos, text or contact details;
d) suspend or terminate the advertisement or user account;
e) require identity, age or consent verification;
f) block repeat infringers or users attempting to evade moderation;
g) preserve evidence where legally necessary;
h) report credible evidence of trafficking, exploitation, minors or serious criminal activity to competent authorities.
The Company does not undertake to systematically pre-screen every item of user-generated content before publication. However, the Company may use manual review, automated tools, user reports, abuse signals and risk-based checks to detect and address illegal, harmful or non-compliant content.
Users who repeatedly upload illegal, infringing, non-consensual or misleading content may be permanently banned. The Company may remove all active advertisements connected to repeat infringers and may block attempts to re-register.
Reports involving suspected human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, minors, forced prostitution or abuse are treated as high-priority matters.
Such reports should be sent to [email protected] and should include as much detail as possible. The Company may suspend the relevant content or account during review and may cooperate with competent authorities where appropriate.
Where content is removed, restricted or an account is suspended, the affected user may contact [email protected] to request a review of the decision.
The request should identify the advertisement or account concerned and explain why the user believes the decision was incorrect. The Company will review reasonable appeal requests and may confirm, reverse or modify the moderation decision.
The reporting system must not be used to harass users, submit false claims, remove lawful competitors, impersonate others or make bad-faith complaints. The Company may reject abusive or clearly unfounded notices and may take action against users who repeatedly misuse the reporting system.
The Site may be available 24 hours a day, but moderation and support are not guaranteed to operate continuously at all times. Reports will be reviewed as soon as reasonably practicable, with priority given to notices involving minors, exploitation, non-consensual images, impersonation, threats, fraud or other serious harm.
This Policy should be read together with the General Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Anti-Slavery and Human-Trafficking Policy and any other applicable rules published on the Site.
In case of conflict, mandatory applicable law prevails.
